HeroRamp Privacy Policy

HeroRamp collects and uses candidate-provided data to operate protected marketplace workflows, support readiness evidence, calculate opportunity-fit signals, and control optional masked employer visibility.

This copy is drafted for P0 founder/legal review. It is intentionally conservative, but final production use still requires human legal signoff before cutover.

Who HeroRamp is

HeroRamp is a software platform for candidate-controlled readiness, opportunity-fit, masked employer discovery, supply-source invitation, and operations governance workflows. HeroRamp is not a school, education company, training company, training provider, certification provider, recruiting company, recruiting agency, placement company, employment agency, staffing agency, job-posting board, CV library, candidate directory, candidate representative, employer, or employer of record. Using HeroRamp does not guarantee employment, interviews, placement, compensation, training, certification, employer review, employer action, or admission to any program.

Data candidates provide

Candidates may provide profile basics, contact details, city or region, school or program background, degree, career interests, target roles, work preferences, availability, shift willingness, readiness responses, opportunity interests, and consent choices. Candidates should not provide full addresses, government identifiers, health information, sensitive personal information, resumes, or documents unless HeroRamp specifically asks for them in a future approved flow.

How HeroRamp uses data

HeroRamp uses candidate data to create and maintain the candidate profile, provide readiness evidence, calculate opportunity-fit signals, show approved opportunities, manage consent choices, maintain security, audit sensitive activity, prevent misuse, and support masked discovery for approved employers only when employer visibility is granted.

Partner lead lists

Supply sources may provide invitation leads only when they attest that they have lawful authority to share those contacts for career opportunity awareness. A lead does not become an active HeroRamp profile, readiness record, match, education record, training record, certification record, recruitment representation, agency representation, referral, placement activity, direct employer submission, or employer-visible candidate until the person independently signs up and gives the required HeroRamp consents.

Masked employer discovery

During P0 Stage-1 discovery, approved employers see only a masked candidate reference, coarse city or region, readiness band or score, fit rationale, work setup, shift compatibility, and work preferences. HeroRamp does not show candidate name, email, phone number, exact address, raw resume, school records, or full identity in Stage-1 discovery.

Consent, revocation, and rights

Privacy Policy, Terms, AI disclosure, and employer visibility choices are recorded separately with a version and timestamp. Employer visibility is optional and can be revoked, which removes the candidate from employer-facing discovery after the system processes the change. Candidates may request access, correction, objection, restriction, deletion, portability, or other rights where applicable under the Philippine Data Privacy Act and related rules through the final production privacy contact once approved.

Security and retention

HeroRamp uses role-based access, audit logging, server-side masking, and operational controls to protect candidate data. HeroRamp retains account, consent, audit, and marketplace records only as needed for the pilot, legal, security, dispute, and operational purposes, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

No direct ingestion or pre-created profiles

HeroRamp does not turn student, yearbook, roster, or lead-list information into employer-visible candidate profiles. People must independently create or accept an account and provide the required HeroRamp consents before readiness, matching, or employer visibility begins.
